Delivery areas
We deliver to mainland France and throughout the European Union (26 countries).
For delivery requests outside these areas, contact us at contact@norencafe.fr.
Shipping costs
- Mainland France: €4.90 — free from €45
- European Union: €6.90 — free from €45
Delivery times
Our products are shipped from our partner warehouses. The timeline breaks down as follows:
- Order processing: 1 to 3 business days
- Transit within France: 7 to 18 business days
- Transit within the European Union: 8 to 21 business days depending on the country
These times are indicative. They may be longer during peak periods (end-of-year holidays, sales) or in circumstances beyond our control (customs, weather, strikes).
Order tracking
As soon as your parcel ships, you receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. This number becomes active within 2 to 5 days of dispatch.
Multiple deliveries
If your order contains several items, they may be shipped separately and arrive on different dates. No additional charge applies.
Customs duties and taxes
For deliveries within France and the European Union, no customs duties or additional taxes are payable by you. Displayed prices include all taxes.
Lost or undelivered parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us at contact@norencafe.fr. We will open an enquiry with the carrier and arrange a reshipment or a full refund.
Incorrect delivery address
Please check your address carefully when ordering. In the event of an error, contact us within 12 hours of your order so that we can correct it before dispatch. After that, reshipping costs will be at your expense.
